Breast augmentation surgery is most obvious when a large, round, firm appearing breast is seen in someone who is small and thin. Breasts are made of fat and breast gland. As women lose weight (and decrease their body fat percentage), their breasts should also decrease in size as well, since the fat in the breasts should disappear along with the fat elsewhere in the body. That's the most likely reason behind the disappearance of Lindsey Lohan's breasts over the last couple years (although I hear reports she may have had a breast augmentation recently).
