Ivanka Trump attended the Golden Globe Awards last night, sporting what appears to be a new set of breast implants. Although they look a bit big for her body, there is a possibility that they will decrease in size over the next few months. Her breasts look a bit swollen in the upper pole (the upper part of the breast). This is very common in breast augmentation where the implant is placed under the chest muscle. It can take several months for the implants to settle or drop, after which they will look smaller and more natural.
When breast implants are placed above the muscle, the swelling is less and the upper pole swelling is less as well. I would bet that over the next few months her chest will look better and better.

Without question,these are augmented breasts,probably submuscular but hard to tell on these photos. The real issue is that they are way too large for her petite frame and narrow chest wall. Whether they settle or not is irrelevant since volume is volume . What she loses in the upper pole over time will project in her lower pole. Just look at the before and after-her face is the same yet with these large implants she actually looks chubby. Again,I blame the surgeon . An experienced surgeon who understands breast esthetics and breast dimensions would never have agreed to put such inappropriate implants in her. Breast augmentation is not just about augmenting the volume of the breast but also about matching the breast dimensions to the appropriate implant. The surgeon has ptentially created future problems which could ultimately be difficult to correct. Tara Reid,Pam Anderson and Tori Spelling can attest to this fact. Once again,this celebrity exemplifies an unnatural result created by a surgeon who should know better.

I don't think someone nearly 6 feet tall can really be called petite. I think they appear well matched to her size and frame but it appears less so when you only see a picture. She looks much better seen in person. The look is very natural when I saw her at an event recently and they appeared to have settled perfectly. The choice of gowns was probably not great as light colors and tight binding tops make things look larger and can make them look asymetrical.

Dang! The girl looks fat now! It's no good. =( Her nose job and cheek resculpting is great though. Do you have any pix of her face pre-plastic surgery? The girl was hideous back then! They sure did a great job with her face but no guy's gonna look at her face now. And she wants to be taken seriously? hahahaha!!!!!!! (Sorry...)

people, please stop using the word "CLASSY" classy is not a class word. that word was used in the 1940's as in:"wow, look at that classy dame!" as opposed to:"jacquline onassis was a woman of class". classy is a cheap word.
