Definitely disagree, Dr. Youn! She would look horrible with implants. I hate when thin girls have disproportionate breasts, a la Victoria Beckham, Katie Price, innumerable porn stars... What's wrong with staying regular or even small like Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Moss? There's nothing wrong with small perky breasts. I think they're gorgeous. Natural looking is better than overly big any day.
