The Premiere Site For Celebrity Plastic Surgery By A Real Plastic Surgeon

I'm a Michigan-based Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who has been featured on Dr. 90210. The info here is my opinion alone and should not be taken as fact or as medical advice. I've not treated any of the celebrities presented here.

Courtney Cox

With all the talk about Jessica Simpson admitting to having Restylane injections (and not liking them), check out the latest post on Good Plastic Surgery.com. They have photos of Courtney Cox with a set of plumped up lips which look pretty good.
The key to a set of nicely-augmented lips is maintaining the natural lip proportions. In most people, the lower lip is 1.5 times the size of the upper lip. Many surgeons tend to overaugment the upper lip, creating an unnatural appearance which can be spotted by virtually anybody. This can be seen in people like Meg Ryan, Lisa Rinna, Melanie Griffith, and Mick Jagger (ha!).

Why dont you focus on how Courtney's eyes are sinking into her sockets. She is turning into a 95 yr old skeleton. Her face is one big bone.

I couldn't agree more. For more information on volume addition or 3-d facial rejuvenation, check out the post on Teri Hatcher from a couple months ago.

In Bruce Springsteen's "Dancing in the Dark" video, Courtney is fairly flat-chested, but as Monica in "Friends" she has a fairly large chest. Breast implants, surely?

Yeah, I am always annoyed at celebs that make themself looking like ducks!
Like Lara Flynn Boyle, Nikki Cox...
Beautiful women... If only they made their lips in proportions!!
