Dr. Youn Interview on Make Me Heal Website

The folks at Make Me Heal have been kind enough to interview me for their Plastic Surgery News website. In it they ask about my thoughts on various celebrities including Johnny Depp, Tom Cruise, Tara Reid, and more. There are other interviews with other prominent plastic surgeons on their site as well, including Dr. Richard Ellenbogen, Dr. Garth Fisher, and Dr. Robert Kotler. I'm with some very good company.
Click here for my interview. Thank you to Make Me Heal.com for the attention!

Thanks for reading.

Dr. Youn, I am a fan of your blog, but sometimes you are just too credulous. Jessica Simpson and Salma Hayak don't have implants? Angelina Jolie has only had a nose job (what about the breast implants and genioplasty)? No mention of Paris Hilton's semi-botched nose job? Granted, you and I may not have looked at the same pictures, but if this really is a passion of yours I encourage you to look at the evidence more carefully before lending your opinion. (Or maybe you just prefer to err on the side of caution? I can't tell.)

I tend to exercise caution both in surgery as well as when giving my opinions to the media. It's best to assume someone doesn't have something done than that they have. If I haven't seen the actual before and after photos, or it isn't an obvious job, I do not state that they have had work done. To do so would threaten my credibility.
Of note, I have a post that stated I believed Jessica may have had breast implants and I was bombarded with emails asking me how I could think that!
Thanks for the comments Rose!
