Donatella Versace - Plastic Surgery Evolution

Celebrity Smack blog has an interesting photo 'evolution' of the changes which have occurred in Donatella Versace's appearance. All I can say is, "Whoa." I do like their clothing though...

How did her face get so mushy over the years? They mentioned cocaine use over the decades but her nose has seemed to get bigger, when cocaine usually makes the nose deteriorate and become smaller.

How interesting. I'd never before seen earlier pictures of Donatella Versace. She had quite a masculine face so I can understand her desire to make changes. Her hair (extensions?) is extraordinary but I agree with Jen, she frightens me also.

I thought she looked fine in 1990 and I wonder what her need was to pursue such a dramatic change. The current result seems too manipulated and downright frightening if not incredibly unattractive. Did she have breast implants as well?

I'm curious what happened to her nose...

Amazing how some people pursue plastic surgery to make themselves look worse.
