San Francisco, really ? I thought it would be So. California, south Florida or NY. Go figure for Plastic surgery. It is still hard to believe
I don't believe it either. Maybe they mean the top place just for men? That I would believe. You never see obviously surgerized women here. Either plastic surgery isn't very popular or people are getting really good work.
