Ashley Tisdale of High School Musical was photographed performing at a function in NYC recently. This is one of the first times she has revealed her post-septoplasty nose in public. Ashley recently admitted to People.com that she underwent a septoplasty to correct a deviated septum. It looks like a bit more work may have been done as well, as other parts of her nose look like they've been thinned. Her nose looks a lot like Ashlee Simpson's.Photo credit: dlisted.com

This is a real disappointment. She looked great with her original, and now she looks generic-more like Paris Hilton, for pity's sake. "Deviated septum," my left butt cheek.
I agree that she looks very Who from Whoville now; that nose just looks bizarre! I also agree that nony#2 is a spammer.
