The Premiere Site For Celebrity Plastic Surgery By A Real Plastic Surgeon
I'm a Michigan-based Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who has been featured on Dr. 90210. The info here is my opinion alone and should not be taken as fact or as medical advice. I've not treated any of the celebrities presented here.

WOW that doesn't look anything like the old Ashlee. I hate those lips! bah!
That upper one does look bizarre.
I've always wondered (well, "always" being "ever since they invented this") what plastic surgeons think about the new generation of lip plumpers that are on the market? I'm talking about the topical ones that go on like glosses. I've got LipFusion XL and the Patricia Wexler one, and they work really well for me. What's your take on those?
I haven't heard much good feedback on the topical plumpers, but I know that you mention on your blog : parliamentarymime.blogspot.com that you like them. How long do the results last for you?
Well, the LipFusion XL is supposed to be put on at night (apparently so that one doesn't mess it up eating, drinking, and etc.) and left on to work while one sleeps.
When I wake up in the morning, there is actually quite a noticeable plumpness going on there, and that usually lasts (with touch-ups here and there) until the evening, so the results actually last pretty long for me.
The effects of the Patricia Wexler one last for a few hours at a time, and always come back if I re-apply.
These are both the new generation of plumpers. They don't rely on irritating the skin to swell the lips like Lip Venom (can you tell I've tried a lot of these) but seemingly on some kind of super-hydration.
Here's a link to my post about the plumpers:

Ashlee looks like she's turning herself into Paris Hilton. Her plastic surgery is about as suttle as Jennifer Gray's. She does look better, but in my opinion they are not just getting imperfections fixed; they always tend to look like a co-star or someone currently "media popular".
Goodness, I am neither for or against plastic surgery, it's really down to the individual but dude, those lips are a real life imitation of Jessica's. her rhynoplasty was really good and everyone thought so, it allowed her better features to really shine through but at 23 and taking so many surgeries into account, you have to wonder- Is Ashlee really all that comfortable with who she is? It seems to me, she's trying to escape her own face or something.
